Joy and Strength

 

One of the most positive things that a woman can do for herself is “to be in her own power”. By this Jacqueline does not mean emulating men’s strength. She means the power of being female by connecting with that part of you that is both joyful and strong. Jacqueline can help you return to a state of joy and strength and reclaim your power. How? What does being “joyful” mean? Jacqueline defines “joy” as “a feeling of great happiness”. When you exhibit joy you send out feelings of great happiness. And that is perceived as “strong” and “you are in your power”.

So, what is stopping you from exhibiting this strength and joy? Even more importantly, the question may be why haven’t you noticed that you are not exhibiting this joy and strength? Quite simply, you are most likely feeling stressed!

Are you feeling over-extended in your life? Even when we love what we do and love our life, we can easily take on too much and make too many commitments. Does this sound familiar to you? It is so important to build in “me time”. When we are being a busy bee looking after others we are not taking the time to rest and repair. For example, for many of the women that Jacqueline works with, one of the signs that they are out of balance is their not being able to find the time to get together with friends for lunch! Others includes: not having time to make that hair appointment, not finding time to see the new movie they've been talking about, missing friend's birthdays, meaning to start that new diet but not having time to prepare food... Perhaps you can see it in your own life?

Being joyful and exuding joyful energy is part of our normal state of being. When you are taking care of all aspects of your life you exhibit that happiness in your daily life without realizing, including:

So, here’s a little quiz for you to start changing your “joy and strength” level:

Do you feel fully joyful? Not just okay with life, but actually “feeling great happiness’?

If you are not feeling this right now, when was the last time you felt truly joyful? Was it a little while ago, yesterday, or a month ago…longer?

Can you remember the last time that you felt fully joyful?

If you can, take a moment and go back in your memory to that place.

Now you have that memory and feeling, are you able to remember what happened to make you stop feeling joyful?
Are you able to go back in your memory and connect with that feeling of joy again?

Once there, notice the other feelings that come along with it.

Do you connect with a feeling of strength? Do you feel centered and/or grounded? Are you feeling connected with spirit? or become aware of God in your life? Do you feel powerful? Do you simply just feel better than you did a few minutes ago?

When feeling joyful we are “in our power”. When working together, either in a group setting or individually, Jacqueline will teach you how to give yourself permission to become more open and trusting. You will learn to become joyful and strong in your daily life. You will have less need to “control” outcomes. You will be able to trust in divine timing and that all will work out exactly as it should. You will feel powerful.
